The Charities of the Kiwanis Club of Cumming & Forsyth County invite all cyclists to this challenging Charity Event. The ride will benefit the Kiwanis Charities & the Miracle League. The Miracle League provides physically and mentally challenged children with safe and spirited programs.

Forsyth County is only 45 miles north of Atlanta. The ride will take cyclists through scenic, rolling hills, with horse and cattle ranches. You can do the modest climbs of the Sawnee Mountain range or do to the challenging category 2.5 Burnt Mountain. Along the way cyclists can enjoy the beautiful vistas at several overlooks.

The ride is fully SAG with rest stops every 15 to 18 miles with sport drinks, water, P&J and chicken sandwiches & fruit. After the ride enjoy an Italian Style Spaghetti Dinner with meat balls & sausage or Veggie, salad, garlic bread and drinks. The meal will be prepared by Miss Edie and Paula, great “chefs.”

Both Centuries are for experience Cyclists Only with a category 2.5 climbing on Burnt Mt. and parts of Sawnee.  Both routes are more difficult than the 2005 Tour de Georgia.   The 10 & 30 mile rides do not include Burnt Mt. but have lots of flats to recover. The ride is on rain or shine.
